Many will agree pressure now is immense whether it is in school, work or a chosen hobby. What fun is it to be tested, compared and judged in everything you do?

Simply Dance thrives on a fun stress free environment. 

We teach the disciplines required to be a great dancer and performer just with less stress and cost to families.  The more fun the bigger the improvement all round, metal wellbeing, health and building confidence is most important.  We hold an annual show, award ceremony & performances throughout the year. Charlotte Stripling Founder and Principle - 

 “I wanted to run a dance academy that didn’t put pressure on young people to compete and take exams. While it is important to have a range of academic and practical skills not all of them need to be measured or judged. My pupils are not examined on their ability and are encouraged to relax, enjoy themselves and be confident in themselves to learn a new skill.”

I am  bubbly person who loves a laugh and has a massive passion for dance and drama. Teaching children and adults the skills in dance that i have learnt through my training and career is the best job in the world. I am a strong believer in keeping staff and myself up to date with the ever changing trends in dance so we are current and on point with what knowledge we pass on to our students. Simply dance is a place where staff, and customers feel apart of a family. 

Brooke Bathgate- Dance teacher: 

Brooke has been teaching for over 5 years across many schools in Nottingham and still does. She has toured in the circus and performed in many theatre production. Holding qualifications in Ballet,Tap and Modern with IDTA.

Alicia Ashton General Supervisor 

Alicia is very loud and outgoing she loves to have fun. She has a 5 year old son Brody, who is very outgoing and loves to dance and sing along to the latest chart songs. Alicia has recently qualified as a teaching assistant, She loves being around people and really thrives on caring for others. She is currently volunteering at heath field primary school. Alicia job role at simply dance admin and providing help with looking after all the children at holiday clubs and events.

Dawn Rogers - General Supervisor

Dawn has many years experience working at a top bank. After having 2 children she decided to start a new career in child care and and has been training to become a teaching assistant. She started working for Simply Dance a year ago and her role has continued to develop and grow within the business. she is a down to earth friendly fun lady who is always there to help.
